Gluten Free Beef Meatballs

Ingredients
- ¾ cup of Organic Sprouted Rolled Oats – I love the ones from One Degree
- ½ cup milk or less
- 2 lbs of Grass Fed Ground Beef
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon of salt & pepper
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of basil
- 2 teaspoons of parsley
Directions
- Step 1 1. Preheat oven to 400
- Step 2 2. Combine Milk & Organic Rolled Oats in a bowl. Let the oats absorb the milk for extra moisture.
- Step 3 3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg yolks and all spices. Mix well.
- Step 4 4. Add in the Milk & Oats to the ground beef mixture until evenly distributed. Make sure it is wet enough to create tender meatballs.
- Step 5 5. Using a spoon, porting out 1-2 tbs of the meatball mixture and roll into balls. Place these on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 6 6. Bake for 20 minutes but flip meatballs halfway through cook time.
- Step 7 7. In a pan, add the meatballs to your favourite sauce & simmer.
