Crispy Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4–5 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work great)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Step 2 Wash and chop the potatoes into wedges or small cubes. Smaller pieces = crispier bites!
- Step 3 Place the potatoes in a bowl of ice water. Let them soak for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch — this step helps them get extra crispy. When done soaking, drain and pat completely dry with a clean towel. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 4 Cook the potatoes in the oven or air fryer at 400°F for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they’re golden brown and crispy.
